This is a custom, factory made upgraded spindle produced exclusively for the older model Coleman KT196s.  We have had this spindle installed with new upgraded ball joints at the factory.   Please see pictures and measurements to determine if it will work for you. Original equipment ball joint was 22mm around with an 8mm stud; replacement ball joint is 26mm around with a 10mm*1.25 stud. Will require drilling out the holes in the upper and lower arms in order to retro-fit the new unit.
