The point of this exhaust is value. Bang for your buck. The goal was to provide the same level of performance gains as the $300 exhausts, but for half of the cost. It's never sat well with us that exhausts would cost almost as much as new engine, so there was a desire to produce an entry level option that holds its own against the more expensive systems. Big on function, small on price.
The BDX header is thick American steel tubing. No small necks or step ups, just straight heavy duty. This thing is going to hold up. It's fitted with a universal 51mm outlet, so you can use a wide variety of slip-on sportbike mufflers!
YES! This exhaust also fits the Crossfire and Reaction buggies that normally use the unique angled up stock exhausts!

ONE-PIECE HEAVY DUTY USA HEADER
Header made from thick American tubular steel. It isn't going to crack or break over time like your original. No bottlenecks or step-ups like your original two-piece header. Also, our header flange to the engine is a true hefty 1/4" thick. You won't get any warping from this one. This header is built to outlast the rest of your machine.
The header outlet is the universal 51mm commonly used on sportbikes. So you're free to use your favorite slip-on silencers whenever you want without hacking together an adapter!
